Pharmacist Support and Teva have renewed their partnership, working together to raise awareness of the charity’s free and confidential support services, to develop mental health and wellbeing resources, and deliver keynote sessions at the major pharmacy events.
Teva UK first worked with Pharmacist Support in 2020 when it supported the charity’s inaugural ACTNow wellbeing campaign, and two have worked as partners since 2022.
Teva UK will continue to be a headline sponsor of Pharmacist Support’s annual Pharmacist ACTNow campaign, which supports pharmacists, pharmacy managers and pharmacy teams with mental health and wellbeing in their professional and personal lives.
Danielle Hunt, Pharmacist Support’s chief executive, says: “We’re delighted to renew our partnership with Teva UK so that we can raise vital funds and be there for people across our profession who are facing difficulty.”
Kim Innes, general manager at Teva UK, says of the partnership: “Teva UK is proud to continue partnering with Pharmacist Support. It’s important for us to endorse the great work the charity does in supporting the pharmacy community. It’s a pivotal time for the profession, and the evolution that is coming as part of the government's 10-year NHS plan means that now, more than ever, support from organisations like Pharmacist Support is needed.”
